Delivery and returns

Delivery Conditions

1. The delivery term is calculated:

- from the moment of placing the order for the cash-on-delivery payment method, respectively

- of payment confirmation, for payment with OP.

. Shipping cost:

- For all orders over 200 RON, shipping is FREE.

- For all orders under 200 RON, the standard shipping is the one specified at checkout

If there are products from the Pre-order category in your order, the delivery term is the one specified for the product in this category (in the case of several products with different delivery terms, the longest delivery term is considered).

In this situation, we recommend you to make separate orders for the promptness of receiving the orders in stock: one for the products in stock and one for the pre-ordered products, without any additional costs.

The schedule for receiving orders by our site operators is 9:00-17:00, from Monday to Friday. You have the possibility to select products and place orders regardless of the time, but outside the time interval, the delivery term will be considered from the next working day.

 

The right to withdraw from the contract, the termination of the contract and the return policy

 

According to Romanian legislation, the Consumer has the right to unilaterally terminate the distance contract (the right to withdraw from the contract), within 14 calendar days from the moment he took possession of the products, without penalties and without citing any reason. The only costs that can be borne by the consumer are the direct costs of returning the products. The products can be returned through any courier company that ensures delivery of the parcel to the Merchant's warehouse indicated on the delivery label. Returns are not accepted for unsealed and/or used products, nor for those sent by the Romanian Post.

If the Customer wishes to replace one product with another, all transport and reimbursement costs, if applicable, fall under his charge.

If, by mistake, you received a different product than the one you ordered, or the product received is defective, we assume the return costs and will make every effort to replace your product as soon as possible. If you do not wish to replace the product, you will receive the money back, within a maximum of 14 calendar days.

 

The merchant, in case he cannot execute the contract because the product or service is not available, must inform the consumer about this unavailability, and the amounts he paid as payment, in the case of payment by bank card or OP, must reimbursed by the Merchant within a maximum of 14 calendar days.

 

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision through an unequivocal statement, for example, a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail.

 

In order to comply with the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

 

Refunds for returned products, regardless of the reason for the return, are made to the bank account of the order holder, according to the information sent by the Customer. In this sense, the Client will communicate in writing the account IBAN, the bank and the full name of the account holder, in order to make the transfer. The merchant is not responsible for the erroneous or incomplete transmission of data for payment of returned products.
